1. How do I clean my Amuselle scarf?
The fine silk we use for Amuselle scarves must be dry-cleaned only. The scarves may be ironed on a very low setting with the face side down.
2. What is Amuselle’s return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Amuselle purchase we will happily accept a return within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition before credit can be issued. Credit will be issued to the same credit card used for purchase.
Amuselle will not cover the cost of return shipping.
Please email us a tracking number for returned purchases. Amuselle cannot be responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in a return shipment.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders within Canada and the United States should arrive within 10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
4. Is my personal information shared?
Never! Your information is safe with us. We will never share or sell any information you provide to us.
5. Is my credit card information protected?
Yes! Absolutely it is. All transactions are processed through Shopify’s or Paypal’s secure and encrypted platforms.
6. Will I have to pay customs fees if the order is shipped outside of Canada?
Amuselle has no control on custom fees charged by countries outside of Canada. We cannot determine if you will incur a customs fee nor the amount you may be charged.
